Paypal froze account while waiting for verification - Need bank statements
 

Due to the outbreak at the moment my sales have peaked higher than ever, have recently changed name on my paypal triggering security checks on refunds etc.

Now they've limited the account while they carry out further checks. Ive provided them with invoices and supplier details as asked but theyve come back with further requests.

-Provide a credit card/bank statement showing your payments to your
suppliers for the invoices you provided. - Difficult as I pay cash
- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for
the next 6 months (specify currency).
- Do you post from inventory or drop-ship?
- How many orders are currently outstanding (haven't been sent yet)?

Whats best course of action here/..

Thanks, what about the payments to suppliers. Is it ok to pay them in cash or do they need to see this on statements?

just tell them you paid cash,can you get an invoice or receipt from your supplier?

or if he is stiill around,take the cash back and write him a check.

Thanks was wondering if this would be acceptable, the bank clearly shows the withdrawals anyhow. I have photos of physical inventory etc.

better give them the information they want. even if it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ statement etc

All sorted told them I pay in cash and limitation removed. They have put a cap on withdrawals upto 35k for now but running smoothly
