covid19 possible to reappeal paypal?
 

hi.

last january, my paypal account has been closed. i dont know why. i dont do anything wrong. that was my first payment that i receive on that account. after that paypal ask for photo id, proof of address and proof of shipment.

after photo id and proof of address verified, paypal said need for shipment to be delivered first.

after item has been tracked as delivered, i contact paypal again and they said they need to close my account.

i got around 700 USD there, and that money has been in that paypal account since then.
they said need to wait around 180 days before that payment release into my bank account (given that no chargeback)

now is around 90 days, and i do really need that money since i cant go out due to covid19 outbreak.

i know 700 usd might not be a lot for some people, but for me, i desperately need that money

just wonder if anyone got idea how could i convice paypal to release that money now.

i am quite unhappy as item has been delivered by my ebay buyer, but i cant access that money for 180 days

Unfortunately the chance of getting reinstated is 0%

Sadly, seems like you are stuck in your situation :( PP will not be lenient based on the desperate need

a chargeback can come in within 180 days,delivered does not mean your buyer cant file a dispute with PAYPal or a chargeback with his cc issuer.
