Question about paypal account
 

Hello guys, i got a question. My paypal accounts got banned so i want to buy a stealth one. However, buying a stealth one means you buy an account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name surname, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id etc.. So isn't it a crime? And what are the punishment for this? I'm really carried with my safety so yeah...

Also same question for other things, for example there are some forums online which require you to verify your id before selling stuff, like youtube,twitter accounts and so on. So is this a crime too if you send ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id for them to verify?? Let me know the system more guys.

Paypal is not a bank and does not have to follow banking rules, so no it is not a crime.

You already mentioned that you are using 'phake' details.
CRIME? Very broad. Depends on what you do with the stealth accounts.
Is it SAFE? 100% yes, when you know what you're doing.

Dude.... You worried too much. Nobody give it a ****. Even the government has dark side.
They spy people's phone... use bitcoin and don't relate to your personal info. You'll be fine.

this is not a crime, a crime is when you send them the docs of that "person". however -if you will not do any crimes on your account it will be ok forever

eBay is committing the crime by allowing you to do business under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names while they falsely say they protect buyers and sellers.

Not really a crime per say - a lot depends on what you do with the account. Legit sales will likely not be punished.

It's like buying a knife, you can use it to chop up your dinner, or stab your wife with it. The latter is a crime

when u can play game legally why go into illegal way ? just make acc with random details , never use other's info without their permission , you can continue using acc as long as it works and ...

Guys, thats what i meant, i ask you if i can buy stealth account which is made with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details, right? I will use account to make sales: i will be selling my instagram accounts, selling my instagram marketing service, etc, so i wont be scamming people or something. But i've heard that selling instagram account is against paypal TOS isnt it so? So yeah need to know if its dangerous or not..
