A questio about paypal safety
 

Hi! If a person pays paypal as friends and family , can i be 100% same he wont chargeback? What if he opens a report that for example his paypal acc got hacked or something after i sold him a digital good like facebook/instagram/youtube account?

Or if i deal directly from my paypal email before selling him account and he answers to my paypal email as well that he got an acc , all is ok, then he, getting money back is like 100% impossible? Let me know guys!

You cannot be 100% "same" he won't chargeback.
If he wants, he can, he will and you'll loose money.
There is no seller protection for digital goods.

a chargeback is with his cc issuer,if you lose and you will,$20 chargeback fee

gift payments dont have '' not received or not as described dispute'' but the sender still can claim unauthorized payment

Anyone can file that kind of report. Digital goods are notorious for problems whether chargeback or limitation...

a chargeback is with the cc issuer,it does not care if it is F&F or Goods and Services.
You will lose the chargeback ,plus $20 chargeback fee/

Of course it is not 100%. Very easy could be stolen credit card, etc... Paypal is not trustworthy.
