Hello Community

I have had some experience with paypal and I think I need some clarity about it
People here tend to use IPBurger which is a VPN not a proxy(socks4-5)

and they manage to create the account etc
I have ExpressVPN and I had a very good experience using it in other fields
since they provide you with same IP / DNS region and fresh IP's

So do you guys have an experience with that
and also want to ask how to make ID to verify paypal when needed ...

I use IPburger, but I have a friend using expressvpn and all is good with his accounts as well

ExpressVPN is a very popular service and their IP ranges are well known to both ebay and paypal so the chance of running into issues if you use that as your IP solution are a lot higher than if you used a less known service provider.
I myself would never use ExpressVPN for a stealth account.

Since you are talking about VPNs, have you guys ever tried proxy-n-vpn? what do you think about it?
