Contact them by facebook or by twitter. They escalate the request to higher privilege customer service people inside PP and you can manage your problems writing instead speaking. The advantage is they have same privileges as agent over the phone, you can take more time between their request and you can use this method also for foreigners country accs, if you have, because we know it's difficult if you are for example Italian speak in german with DE customer care in case of a german acc
