Hello guys, I will appreciate if you can help me with this. What are the options to make payments with usa paypal balance. The account is unverified but is linked with a VCC.

Can't be done without SSN verification. Use an account from literally any other country.

I think this will be hard since you are not in usa. Unless you manage to to register a usa bank account and use

you'll need a USA bank account to withdraw the funds, or do your research for an alternative way to withdraw.

can i link transferwise account to stealth US paypal account, just for verification
and is it okey with mismatched names, please some advice is very appreciated i'm stuck
i don't want to withdraw to it, just to verify paypal

No. That's irrelevant. The only way you can get your money is withdrawing it to a US bank account. "VBA's" don't mean a thing anymore since "claim it" went into effect.

Confirm the SSN first before worrying on how to verify it using the bank.
Also, it is not mandatory that you really need to link/verify the account with VCC or Banks, you can still use the account normally without linking anything.
Your issue would be confirming the SSN since youve mentioned its a USA Paypal account. Or you have a PayPal Cash Account already?

You will need a US bank account OP since you don't have a SSN (from what I am assuming based on flag)

There is lot of people running US account from outside us with SSN and bank account , they manage to do it but i don't know

they could be American expatriates so they have SSN and US bank accounts,but using other people SSN is not a good idea
