How do I override Paypal asking for my SSN?
 

Hello I would appreciate some help from those that maybe went trough this. I signed up for PP with my abbreviated last name. Recently PayPal limited my account and asked for my ID which has a full version of my last name. It wasn't good enough they asked for another ID. Now they want my SSN? I think it's too risky for them to have all this info.
Under the rules to update your last name they only want your ID and a bank statement which i submitted but they didn't accept. How do I solve this problem? Thanks.

There's no way to override or stopping them to ask those documents.
You have no choice but to give them what they asked for, sadly.
