Is ING still good option for PP?

Is ING still a good option for opening a stealth PP account? I saw remarks that it is good and also remarks that it has blown up. So, which is it?:noidea:

ING does not like stealth names, they don't seem to mind variations of your name though. If you use them then just change a couple letters in your name for your stealth accounts and you shouldn't have any problems.

^^^What he said:) aspkin went a step further and recommends using 'nicknames'. Robert Smith can be Robbie Smith & such

That said there are alternatives that are safer.
