"questionable manor" lock on account
 

I own a Sweepstakes Cafe, with a business license and a physical location. In my area the are perfectly legal as long as you dont have fish tables. I have play in store games and play at home games. When i found out i would have to temporarily close my business because of Covid-19 i set up a paypal business account and gave my regular customers my info so they could continue to add funds to there accounts and play from the safety of there homes.
I guess i did too many transactions or something because my account has been limited. I cant pull my money, accept money or refund. This is what they have asked for.

" · A full description of the item that was purchased, including the
item's value and from which venue or URL the item was sold.
· Confirmation that you received the item or provide tracking if
you shipped the item.
· Details of any other payments you sent or received that were
related to the above transaction.
· Any information regarding the relationship or business
affiliation you may have with the above party(ies).
· Any email or written communication about the above transactions.

We would like to obtain as much information as possible about the above
transaction(s), in order to expedite this investigation.."

I cant provide proof of delivery because its just adding points to an account. And im worried that if i tell them the details to my business they will label it gambling and take my money- even though in my area my business is legal.

Please help. Do i create docs to support the info they requested or what? If i do nothing what will happen to the funds on my account after 6 months
