What happens if I try to buy something using my stealth paypal instead of transferrin

Hey I have a newb question. I was told to ONLY transfer out funds for my stealth paypal not to make any purchases (like gold or silver and have it mailed to me or gift cards)

why what happens if I make a purchase with my funds does it trigger a red flag?

try it and see. I would say make small purchases. like tampax pearl or coffee mug
