Paypal Money Withdrawal Request
 

Hello, Everyone.

Сurrently, im living in Spain and main work in the US market, I have Paypal Account linked to my Spain Bank, the bank doesn't have USD currency, only EURO.
Accordingly, I get from US market USD to the balance, but when withdrawing money to the EU card there is a conversion.

After PayPal began to substitute with PP balance payments and internal malfunctions, I am looking for an alternative option for withdrawing money to a dollar card to be able to do the purchases in US.

Who has the same problem from European countries, who can advise me on the USD VCC that can be linked to Paypal and easily withdraw without losses on conversion and do the purchases with card only?

I have also a US PayPal account linked to my friend's bank account, which has a card that i don't want to use. I want to request him to open another Bank account or VCC that you will advise to be able to use it on my own without disturbing my friend.

are you sure you cannot accept us$ and keep as US$ balance?
In USA,we can specify we accept foreign currencies and ask PAYPAL not to convert to US$,GO TO your Paypal profle and see if you can do same,
