eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal cannot confirm it is me

Hi

I tried logging in into my paypal account
But each time i tried logging in, it said sorry. we could not confirm it is you.

yes. i login using different ip as i am at different location now. but still within same country.

i have contacted paypal. they said please wait 48 hours before try logging in again
i wait for 48 hours and when i tried log in again, same error happen

anyone got idea how to solve this problem?

Have you got access to the same PC or device that you have originally used?
