Bank Transfer COMPLETE

So once a bank transfer goes from "pending" to "complete" there is no way paypal can get it right. I know if you have a transfer to bank pending and you get limited that they reverse it. Once it says complete its a matter of waiting for the money to post to your account correct.

I have had completed transfers reversed, maximum 12 hours after though!
