Withdraw directly to card and not bank account

Hi, I have a PayPal account with no bank account, only with verified Master card, can I withdraw the money from my account directly to the card? (The names of the card and account owner obviously do not match).

Sure you can as long as the card is attached to a checking acct. I have two that the names don't match and I transfer from paypal to debit card.

You are speaking only from the US PayPal perspective on this. Going by his flag he's most likely using an Italian PayPal, so can withdraw to any supported card whether it's attached to an actual bank account or not.

Yes I use an Italian PayPal account but sometimes the transfer directly to the card fails

What do you mean by this exactly? Does PayPal give you an error message?

For Italy the withdrawal can be sent to Mastercard too so the only issue is that your card issuer accepts mismatch payment or not ( There is no rules it's by experience )
