how to contact paypal customer service

hi

i cannot access my paypal account. each time i try logging in, it will say sorry we could not confirm it is you.
i try contacting them via twitter but they ask me to log in and contact via message at paypal website.
definitely i cant do it as i am unable to login into my account now.

do anyone has paypal customer service email address so that i can email them directly

Same here, I can't log in or find an e mail to contact them, the only option is to call

You aren’t going to speak to anyone by phone and you aren’t going to get any help from any sort of representative on the forums.

I’m speaking from experience when I did manage to speak to someone the forums they all gave me generic advice in reading the articles or telling me about things that could be found by a simple google search. Just basic scripted advice. The only help that I have received so far that was on Twitter but my problem still hasn’t been solved yet.

I have the same issue, can’t log in because they want to sent a text message to an OLD mobile number I don’t have and can’t get anyone on the phone they are closed!
