Can't log in to my stealth account
 

Hi guys, I tried to log in to my stealth account and it gives me an error : "we can't verify that it's you, please call us".
But when I try to log in into my personal account with the same pc it works.
I don't have a clean phone number to call them and the phone number attached to the stealth account is not confirmed. Is a random phone number.

How did you separate your accounts?
Are you changing the IPs when logging-in to the accounts?

Yes every time I log in I Change ip

Sometimes it work if you login through pp app

This can happen when you use a bad IP.

I always have access to my numbers so easily solved.

Either use a different IP (not VPN) or give it a few days and try again.

There are plenty of BAD VPN out there.
So it's not about using a VPN.

So you're using a new device to login? If so, this is your problem.
Always use the same device.

yes it happened to me few times. If you reset the password it should work. to reset it you need to recive a code on your email and answer the security questions (I hope you set them up!)

I am trying to reset the password via email but I get everytime the same message "we don't know if it is you, please call us" but I don't have a number verified to that PayPal account to call them

Hello did yoy resolve the issue ?? Im habing the same issue today with my main account i contact then like 20 times and same answer i need to change password idk what else to do any advice thanks

This happened to me when I changed IPs about 2 weeks ago. Only way I could get in was by changing password. It’s temporary. Check again in 1-2 days and it should work normally. Also, you should have a working phone numbers. If you ever need to call to change something they’ll ask to text a code to a working phone, without that they can’t help you

Hi yes, i tried to log in after one week with my Tablet and i managed to log in, now i can log in via Pc, phone tablet etc.
