People selling VCC's for PayPal verification on Ebay
People on eBay are selling VCC's for PayPal verification and im wondering how do the people selling the vcc do it? One guy is selling a 2$ VCC for PayPal for 25$ each and has sold 15 already.
In his bio it says

Please send me a message after purchasing the country name of the PayPal account you want to activate"
After purchase, please send this information for every card, you bought :
Zip code and full name , Address , Email and country for the account.

- Click on confirm card ,Send me a message, I will send you the confirmation code
How can I create VCCs for people aswell? do I just do it by online or do I physically buy a prepaid card from the store ? im confused im sure its easy but can someone explain thanks lol :confused: |
