anyone had this issue before ? and is there any chance to send my money to my bank account?

They usually let you withdraw any money you have in your account after 180 days.

In the last year or so they've started asking users to send multiple forms of ID before letting them withdraw after the 180 days. I can't say whether or not that will be the case for you.

This is a familiar disappointing msg from pp that has happened many times to acc holders ! maybe they let you withdraw less than 180 days and sometimes they ask for docs to allow withdrawal , you need to wait , Also it is not temporarily limited but permanently !

I noticed that your account is in Pounds sterling and you are registered as in USA, if you have been using a UK PayPal linked to a USA eBay account you will get found out.

Hindsight is 2020 but you should move your money often. I never leave more than £100 in a PayPal account - and that's to service any claims.

You should edit the photo to smudge the balance from view.

Whatever you do, consider it a priority to obtain many more accounts.
