I have a problem - seller was suspended from ebay and item was removed on ebay
I cannot make a item not received case on ebay becasuse my payment shows pending on ebay, but on paypal it shows completed.
Seller is new.
However my friend told me that I can only escalate a case to a claim after 7 days of the payment in paypal and paypal is giving seller 20 days to respond!
When was that rule changed? I remember few months ago paypal gave only 10 days for seller to respond to escalate to claim case.
Why is paypal doing this? I really do not like this! |
