taxpayer status for non U.S. account
 

Account info:
Not a US account and not a US resident or citizen.
The account has real information but NOT verified (with ID or any documents).
I've made over 200 transactions but never reached 20.000$ or anything close to it. (in the past 3 months I had an increase of sales, I've received about 1.000$ per month, before that it was anything from 0$-400$)



I just logged in Paypal and got a notification saying, "Because you receive payment for goods or services through PayPal, you must verify your U.S. taxpayer status to avoid limitations to your account."
When I click on it I get one question with 2 options:

Confirm your U.S. taxpayer status

Is the account holder a U.S. entity, U.S. citizen or U.S. person under U.S tax law?

Yes No


If I choose NO, it opens a simple form with First name and Last name greyed out, asking for address, and then at the end another form to enter only the First name and Last name.

Can anyone advice about this?
Do they ask for more info after I click submit?
Does this limit the account? I noticed I haven't received any sales in the past 2 days, I'm assuming this was the reason.

sorry i prefer not to disclose the country, but even if I did it wouldn't matter and it wouldn't be of any help as there's barely any users from my country here. I can say it's in europe (non EU member)

I believe anyone from outside US would get this form as there is a full list of all countries in it. I just want to know if submitting this will cause any problems or an account control and limitation

well it has been triggered now the question is what should i do next
