Instant withdraw not working on new account?
 

i have a new stealth verified business paypal. I sold something yesterday for 24$ , Today i went to my paypal and tried to withdraw 10$ via instant transafer to my debit card. Paypal notified me that the transfer will be delay for 24 hours. My question is , why did paypal put a delay for such small amount? and is there anyway to work around this ?

It's because your account is still new and unproven. There's no way around it other than waiting that I know of. It's a security feature.

should i wait a few days next time to withdraw the fund or can i just withdraw the fund when it's available?

Letting the money sit for a few days would reduce the chance of this happening.

Stop with the BS. It couldn't possibly make a difference as PayPal are NOT allowed to charge a card without the user's authorisation.

I had a U.S corporation paypal account with real bank info, all real. But for the paypal, I also had same issue. after I used for a long time without any issue, I could get the funds faster. but if I requested a few times in a day, request money transfer for newly received, it also holds 12~24 hours delay.
