PayPal on different domain

Hi guys I had a website which PayPal banned i ended up changing the domain for another reason and added a new PayPal anyway a week later PayPal blocked me unfortunately I have 3 other websites using the same PayPal..

My question is if I make a new paypal can i add my other websites to this or is it to late and PayPal will suspend my new account if linked to my other websites?
