i just sold my first item on my new stealth account. can i transfer the money to my bank account that i verified to paypal to get the funds, or will there be a hold on the money? how will i know if there is a hold on my pp account? also is it safe to transfer the money to my bank account?

Check your email associated with that PayPal account, if the funds were held the title of the email will say...
