need some advice on US PP stealth account
 

Hi. sorry if its been asked before. I ask again so new users would get an updated answer too.
Soo i made an US Stealth account . Today someone sent me money (not much )
In the past i remember just linking a VBA was enough so u could hold money on paypal balance. but nowadays looks liek they need to verify you...
So they asked for my last 4 digits of SSN and DOB. and i entered a random number. But on next page they wanted Pics/docs as proof,
My question is. Is this end of the road? or any suggestion?

Unless you can provide SSN, you can only withdraw to bank with a pp.com account.

You cannot withdraw to the VBA in principle

You CANNOT provide an stealth SSN, that's illegal, period.

Just withdraw to your bank account, that's the best way.

Well its a small amount on there. not worth it to link a new bank account for only 50 bux.
But thanks for letting me know its not possible. That guy above i mentioned said yes. even sent me a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ sample too.
