New Paypal Registration
 

Hello everybody! I am creating a new paypal account for my new american e-mail account. Prior to this, I only registered accounts in Russia. As far as I know, the package of documents is a little different. In this regard, the question:
- which documents are necessary for successful verification of the American paypal account
- What kind of data does Paypal request upon registration?
- can the name and surname of the bank account holder differ from the paypal account surname?

To answer your question,

You need a valid SSN to be able to use a USA paypal account to make transactions, this will not work if you are not a usa citizen as you will not have a ssn

documents required maybe a photo ID, Utility bill and maybe an invoice if paypal needs it from you.

Yes, some bank accepts mistmatch name transactions.

You can still use a usa paypal account without ssn but you can only transfer money to a bank account.

Forget about US Paypal. Theor rules are strict now.

Rules are strict everywhere... "forget about it" is not the type of advice you give people.

If you don't wanna do it yourself, fine but let people decide what they want to do and come up with a solution
