paypal withdrawal denied
 

i have a limited paypal account that is long due for withrawal but i keep getting error message whenever i tried to withdraw to my debit card.
withdrawal more than 2 USD at a time is not possible and i have to wait for 24hrs before another 2 USD can go through.
i have waited 5 days straight and yet issues still persist.

Mine is working very well. I just withdrew $300 at once yesterday. For about 2weeks, i was only able to withdraw $5 at a time. So leave the account for a while with no activity.

The issue seems that the OP's account is limited - is yours limited or not?

Yes, i had $2300 in it and i got the eligible for withdrawal email on April 2nd, I tried withdrawing to the attached bank but i couldn't withdraw $1. a week later i was only able to withdraw $5. so i left it for 2weeks and i tried again, then i was able to withdraw $300

What else is there to say? We can't do anything but wait....or keep trying to speak to a supervisor. I already did and they basically told me the same thing.

I waited a full 2 weeks and it worked on one of my accounts

I am also having the same problem. I cashed out and only 10 minutes later the payment was declined

This has happened to me before. I suggest to wait at least 2 weeks and try again.

Why the heck would he have posted if it wasn't relevant to the OP's post? That might be the norm for you but just because that's the case for you, it doesn't mean it is for everybody else.

@OP: this crap seems completely random at times, and sometimes can even take weeks to resolve... you've just got to wait it out. I'd leave it a good while instead of trying it every day though.
