Struggling with relieving funds via eBay into paypal

Hello , can you help me fix my PayPal account. I am not able tosell anything even after listing it just accumulates views. What can I do? Do I need to set up my PayPal with Gmail. I have been using mail.com so since last year without any issues

Thanks, after posting this I was lucky. After I had created a PayPal with Gmail the payment came through. I don't know why eBay has started becoming pickky with emails
