seller does not respond to my INAD claim on paypal
 

I purchased something for 25$ online outside of ebay with paypal and receive a comepletely different thing than what i ordered. I tried to contact the seller on paypal and receive no responds at all

My questions are:

1. If i open a INAD claim and the seller does not respond, will i win the case?

2. Will Paypal ask me to return the item if the seller doesn't send me the prepaid label since he's not responding, how do i ship the item back?

3. If i win the claim, will paypal refund back 100% of my money even though seller doesn't have enough money to cover the claim?

This guy probably waited 4 hours and opened a paypal case. Email the seller 4 or 5 times over 72 hours before being a dick and opening a paypal dispute.

Well, i could say the same shiet about you sir, because you don't know me and i don't now you either. So, please stop judging people with your stupid brain and move on with your business?

you're not helping other by accusing people being a "dick", your mom must be proud of your manner: " Email the seller 4 or 5 times over 72 hours before being a dick"
