New PP stealth account notification
 

I just opened new ebay and PP stealth accounts and just had my first sale.

In the email from PP it states "We've placed the payment on hold because we believe this transaction may involve a higher risk. The funds will be available to you after the order has been fulfilled".

Is this the new normal?


When I did this before it usually says there was a 21 day hold on funds etc.


Will it always be like this or is it only until I pass 90 days, 25 transactions and $1000 (with account verification) criteria as long as I keep up with the transactions as well?

it is normal. It is very random. I am not sure about australian paypal but I can tell you for UK ones.

I have an acc which has always 2-3k on hold even if it is over one year old and recived over 30k and i recelently made another account where every single transacton goes without hold.

Hard to understand this pattern but the message you got is normal

This is normal. It's random. As long as you don't get complaints in the first month or so it should be fine.

out of my new 10 stealth paypals, 6 got this message for all orders, 3 for some orders, and 1 never got the hold. So yeah, pretty random

How and when are you guys providing docs for uk paypal?

I'm using the same source of docs i've used in the past. But the 2 i recently tried to verified, got closed when i submited the docs.

Any trick, tips for this?
