PayPal cash plus account - requirements
 

My goal: to purchase goods online, from private business.

I was wondering about the PayPal Cash plus account.
Do you need a tax ID to set it up?

I was wondering if I can open that cash plus account up, and transfer funds to it, and purchase online?

I have basically funds in my stealth.
And want to purchase product online.

But paypal does not let me use my funds in paypal, UNLESS I use my Cash Plus account.

I would like to transfer specific amount of funds to Cash Plus, to purchase goods.

My question would be: What requirements do I need, to open the Cash Plus account?

Do you need real physical address? Tax ID?

Is there a difference between “PayPal Plus Cash account” and “PayPal Cash account”.

I am trying to spend funds from a Stealth account, to make purchase on eBay.

when you send the documents in the address needs to match PayPal
I just checked and it asks for photo id ,ssn card, and proof of address.
looks like you can use driver license twice though to show photo and also for the proof of address
I'm not sure maybe someone else will know that

I think a cash account is just using cards and banks and the plus primarily adds the benefit to hold and spend a balance.. Not "accept your money"

I’m still confused tho, if I need any credentials or tax id stuff to sign up for the cash account.

I just wanted to use my PayPal funds to make a purchase.

Then the stealth account becomes "real" and unless you are using your own details (not recommended)...then it's use of illegal info such as SSN or real DL if you think about it...

Here’s the deal...

Stealth PayPal = 1,500 bucks.
Real “original” PayPal = no funds, good standing.

Stealth pp, I’m having trouble linking bank account.
I had one linked, but I accidentally removed it.
Real “original” pp, bad eBay account. Got axed, way back when from those DRL’s or whatever they were!

How can I get these funds out? Of my stealth.

You need to message paypal to add the account for you . Since the stealth is not limited. It should be easy

I have been messaging them back and forth, getting a "new" pp rep every single time.

Last time I talked to someone, they said it would be resolved in 24hrs.
No luck.

The very time I talked to pp, they said they need to talk over the phone.
So right now, I am in the predicament where I would probably need to talk to pp over the phone.

Anyone have any idea what pp can possibly ask me?

I have a Google Voice phone number attached to the pp.

The GV number IS active.

Can I use that to call in?
