Ebay account works and Paypal Ban
 

Hey. I have an ebay account that has prospered and has a very good sales limit and 21 days waiting.
I sent them verification data on Ebay and PP. But one day Ebay was suspended and Paypal blocked. After some time they unlocked Ebay for me but PP is permban.
I don't want to lose this account. Can anyone advise me or change the entire data system except the name
(Change of IP, home address etc.?) Can I unpin and add a new pp account using the new data given in brackets?

Using a new pp - while not best stealth - has been known to work for quite a lot of ppl.

Changing registration info can cause problems with security of the platform and lead to issues
