transaction will appear on your bank statement as
 

I wrote a long post and lost it, website is acting so slow, server always busy

anyway, long story short, I want to use a credit card to pay a seller, but on the credit card statement I don't the seller's business name to appear.

why? long story short, I dont want my supplier to be discovered by my customer.

How do I do that? I have paid this guy by paypal before and on my bank statement it definitely shows their business name.

This is out of your control. Your supplier's merchant account and/or Paypal account will show their business name on transactions because they are registered to a business.

Only way I can think of to get around that would be paying the seller by some other method, like cash, BTC, WU, ACH, etc..

your credit card statement should show 'PAYPAL *Your supplier Ebay Id Ebay 401-935-7733 CA',-
why would you want your customers to see your credit card statement?
and how do they know who this supplier is and what he sold to you?
If you did not buy it from an Ebay seller,then it would be whatever his Paypal ID is,
