what is my best way to get the money out of paypal (sending it to another paypal is not an option) some people recommended buying gift cards but thats also a pretty **** option
getting BTC would be pretty good, but theres no place where you could buy btc with paypal

Exchange on paxful, you will lose like minimum 10%.it's fast though

sending too many FNF payment or buying bitcoin on exchange might flag your account

I transfer all stealth pp balance with as much low as only 5% loss to total amount so 95% of money I will get in my local bank account within 3 days in indian bank account from UK stealth PP account.

I use one of the tactics mentioned in ebay stealth guide.

10% loss is pretty high, in my opinion
