Getting rid from paypal pending payments

Hi,
Is there a way to get rid of paypal pending payment?

I don't sell in eBay, and my Pp is not new, but for the last 4 months almost every payment I'm getting is under pending status for at least 21 days.

The avarage payment I'm getting is around 20USD.so there is no high risk.

I have bank account connected to this PayPal, but no credit card
If I'll add credit card to paypal, will it help solve this issue?

I doubt adding a cc will solve it but it is advisable to add it and see what happens

adding a tracking number to all orders.

the issue is receiving the payment and it instantly on the pending status on most of the orders
