Request check function disabled during covid 19?

I have a few good standing Paypals.

Now when I requesting the check, the page doesn't go through and direct me back to the summary page.

This happens to all of my good PayPal since mid April.

Anyone experiences the same? Thanks.

I tried it yesterday afternoon,no problem.
I dont think COV19 has anything to do with your problem.

Pretty sure it got changed to only people with PayPal cash plus accounts can withdraw the checks
