make a bank account without self identifying documents?
 

i have to withdraw from paypal, but i used both of my bank accounts already on other limited accounts
as an underage person, is there a service that allows me to make a bank account without submitting any ID, which then I could use to withdraw my money from paypal?

last year i used payoneer, it didnt require any information and straight up gave you a working bank account, but that doesnt work anymore since they require verification now

You are likely going to be sent several PMs from members claiming to be able to help you for a fee. ALL of them are scammers. REPORT any such messages you receive to a moderator.

Is there any reason your parents wouldn't be willing to help you open a bank account?

Is it because you're looking for USA bank accounts? If you are, they all require identifying documentation since 2002. I doubt you'd be able to legally get a US bank account without doxxing yourself.

no i cant repeat it, they are both legitimate bank accounts, had to walk into a bank to open it
i cant just keep getting new bank accounts for each limited paypal account i have
i prefer not to tell them about my business
besides, they already opened 2 bank accounts for me, but i cant keep doing that

Stop wasting your precious time and just get a retail job for year or two. No point using these services while you are underage. You are just banning your identity on these platforms and you may need them later in life.
