Paypal account setup

So I made a us paypal and ebay. Ebay asked me to verify my docs before they reinstate my accounts, which worked :D . Now I am stuck because I added ezzocard vcc and when I try to sell and setup automatic payments it wont work. I have not yet added a bank account only the prepaid vcc. How can I move forward, and what vba should I use ?
