adding funding source (VCC) to stealth account
 

Hello,

i have a stealth UK Ebay & PP, I am not planning to sell (much) and if so then only personal items, nothing commercial.

Since I'd predominantly use them for buying stuff on ebay i'd need to add a debit card in order to make purchases.

Since my PP is stealth, any AVC would be an issue. Any workaround ? Bare in mind I don't live in the UK, therefore i would only be able to add a non UK debit card/VCC.

If the account is in UK, I'd think you'll need a UK VCC regardless.

I'm sure some UK experts can clarify this
