Paypal help pls with currency and vpn

Hi all, I’ve made a new UK Paypal account but my vpn in Bulgaria so it thinks I’m in Europe so currency is Europe. I’ve changed the primary current to GBP. But when I try add a UK bank account it asks for the IBAN as it thinks I’m in Europe? Any way around this at all does anyone know? As I can’t add my bank account.

What country bank do you want to add? UK or Bulgaria? you cannot add a bulgaria bank to a uk paypal

The default language for Bulgarian PayPal is still English.
