Bank seeing name on Paypal account?
 

I know there have been numerous discussions about how Paypal can't see the name associated with an attached bank account for verification and withdrawl purposes - So if it doesn't match, so what.

However, what about the BANK seeing the name of the Paypal owner's account? If you initiate a funds transfer or the 2 small deposits verification oricess from a Paypal account you've set-up under a different name, won't the bank get suspicious or even prevent the transaction when a deposit is attempted from "Joe Blow's" Paypal account to "John Smith's" bank account?

Yes some banks do not like the use of stealth names on Paypal accounts. That's why it's best to use your name with a couple letters changed instead of a completely made up name.

Much will depend on the bank used for paypal. This thread lists banks that are OK

There are reports of name problems: but like anything there are ways to get around the problems.
