Adding a CC or new bank account a good idea?
 

I am playing around with a stealth account and it has payment infos added to it like a checking account.

The thing is, it's not my checking account. I want to add my checking / bank account or a CC to it to be able to withdraw money

Now my question:

- Will I get limited or restricted when I add a new bank account or CC?
- In case I have success by adding a bank account, will I be able to withdraw to it immediately?
- Or will they make me wait for example 72 hours until the withdrawal is done for security purposes?

It could happen that they ask for ID of the account owner or statment. 98% it goes without problems. they will always ask you to confirm the phonenumber when you do that
It depens on how old the paypal is. Also on the amount. small amounts will be instant and big amounts can be on hold for up to 72h. But it depens 99% how old the paypal is and not when you added the bank
