She'd need to use a different IP address as well as they can track that. She will have to go stealth regardless. She can use her name but it would need be with different details. Different phone number, different bank account, new IP and new windows user account. She can link her ebay account to if she wants, but eventually ebay will eventually realize its her and shut her down, It can take a few weeks or years, depending on the circumstances. I've heard people use a new paypal with same ebay and nothing happens for years, again its just a gamble. Good luck to your friend
Also let her know that she can't get the same amount of sales she was getting before. Paypal will flag the account if there's a lot of sales coming in at once... especially with a new account. She will need to start slow and build up... sorry to say but paypal is really strict when it comes to new accounts...She should have multiple accounts and do it safely, slow always wins the race. Its not easy but doable. Also when they ask for her SSN once she reaches a certain threshold she'll need to convert to a business account.... some things to take into consideration |
