Strange behaviour by Paypal
 
Hi,

i had an item never received paid by paypal, seller won't refund me, so i opened a claim for be refunded. With surprise this morning Paypal send me an email where tell me claim was not accepted and they close for ever my account. It was a stealth account..

Do you have any similar experience?

what message sent you PayPal for close the account?
They have limited my account one time to opening a claim but not closed definitely

impossible i pay with funds. But that is not the point, i really want to understand this exception

Have you been opening too many cases?
No, seller never upload a tracking number, it is my first case
I pay directly the seller, no invoice, no eBay auction or other can justify the transaction, maybe this is changed now
