Paypal Withdrawel
 

I never saw this before. Paypal is popping up a message to verify identity to accept the funds. Otherwise it only will allow withdrawal through bank account or debit card. Anyone ever experience this? Never saw this message before and doesn't appear paypal is limited...All it tells me I have to accept the money and only option ios bank or debit card to remove it, Edit..looks like it wants me to make a paypal cash account and verify id with dob and ss.....anybody have ideas?

Unless you have a ssn, you can only withdraw to bank account these days - that's the state of pp.com right now :(

So the money can only be withdrawed? It cant be used for shipping or selelr fees?

Depends on the country! Philippines even new accounts have no issues withdrawing to Visa cards. Pandemic even caused them to drop the fixed fee too

Yes, only withdrawal unless you make your PayPal balance into a PayPal cash balance account. PayPal does not want users who have not verified their information (entered SSN, dob, confirmed Billing Name and address) to use PayPal balance feature.

But you can pay your seller fees with your linked bank account or card through PayPal.
