MetaBank Prepaid Cards & Paypal
 

I tried to verify my Premier accounts using the bank account that comes along with a prepaid card, I got a message that I couldnt use that account unless I faxed the documents showing the deposits to Paypal..

So I added a real bank to that account... But on one of my personal paypal accounts I was able to add Metabank with no issue...

I wonder if I keep the account as personal until it gets verified , then upgrade to premier , if that would work... anyone know?

paypal are telling any users who offer metabank accounts like yours to get a 'real bank account'. Problem is your account comes under review so it may be better to add a real bank account. I did post about this for you in another reply yesterday.
