How to set up Foreigner and U.S eBay / payPal account?
 

Hi
I have a situation where a client we been working with over the years wants me to set up stealth eBay account for them in the U.S.

I have 2 stealth accounts already set up with PayPal / bank account. Can they add their own bank to it and then later delete my current banks on them? And they are from China. I am not sure they can set up U.S banks and would foreign banks be usable on PayPal?

If I buy new stealth accounts for them, they would run into the same issue getting bank account for PayPal, correct?

Can they just. Now use bank account for PayPal? Would it be limited? I bought my stealth accounts here years ago and I don't remember the details anymore.

Yes, and they would also have to worry about aging the account properly without getting it limited.

I meant to also ask, can a PayPal account for selling on eBay be used without bank attached?
