How do I issue a refund
 

The buyer send me money for product and asked for refund so I approved refund request. When I login to paypal I have to accept the money by transferring to bank or keeping in paypal. I can transfer to bank but to do refund I need to keep in paypal. But to keep in paypal cash they ask for EIN or SSN on that page. How Do I refund the buyer?

You can just get a EIN #

Should I just not accept the money and paypal will subtract it somehow? or accept it to the bank and then when paypal go to negative refill it with credit card?

but what happen if buyer files dispute? I have not accepted the money.

Accept the money to your bank account and then do a transfer through friends and family to the buyer and PayPal will take the money from whatever you use to fund PayPal.

I guess I can just accept the money and send a check in mail.

If the funds are still there and you see the accept button you can just send a refund.
