Clarifying Conflicting Information Regarding Paypal and EIN
Assuming all accounts are under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names:
1. Uploading personal EIN to paypal Will work initially, but account will run into problems when paypal issues tax documents.
2. Uploading LLC EIN to paypal LLC name must match paypal business name, otherwise problem will occur when tax docs issues.
Unclear of how these impact buying accounts.
I'm unclear as to how this works with multimember LLC's
Anyone with experience here care to chime in? |
