Limitation without notification email

My account is limited without getting any notification email about that. It says we want to make sure that the info in your paypal account is accurate. they ask only for ID

What does this limitation mean?

I got e-mail but I have same issue, they're asking for ID. I already purchased a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one for $30 off a recommendation on here. Praying it works.
